Brief River Description
Two drops, just upstream of the town. The first is very rocky starts narrow and widens out. A small pool follows and then straight into the second drop a very narrow slide barely wide enough for a boat. Paddle out into the bay just below the town and walk out. I only took a quick look when passing through the town. Looked interesting but not a whole lot of water on it I don't know what sort of level would be best run in but I said I'd stick it up anyway.Directions to the Put-in
River feeds from Lough Adoolig through the town of Leap in West Cork. Park in the town and walk up by the river to find somewhere to get on.Directions to the Take-out
Take out in bay below town and walk out gorge too steep before town to get out.River Description
Two drops. First 7-10ft. a small pool and then another very tight drop/slide 14-18ft. Very deep gorge afterwards leading out into a bay area leading into Glandore Harbour.Local issues
No real idea, took a look from a site which had a sign saying no trespassing so access right above the drops isn't great.River level gauge
