Directions to Put-in
Tomies Woods Killarney, please add to this. Should be found on the ISO maps, its a tourist attraction. Tomies Wood, a fine oak wood nestled between Tomies Mountain and Lough Leane and passing the picturesque O'Sullivan’s Cascade. You get there by driving towards the Gap of Dunloe and take the left turn indicating Lough Leane (before you arrive at the Gap). You will see a "walking man" sign pointing towards Tomies Wood. Park by the side of the road and take the track. Follow the track all the way for about a mile and you arrive at the waterfall.
Directions to Take-out
Take out and put in are the same place. You have to paddle across the lake to get to the base of the falls and then walk up from there. Its a mission but worth it. Again have a look at the ISO map of Killarney and its a fairly obvious dead end road into the shore of the lake.
